We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the items you received, please contact us by email support@mxsmf.com in 30 days since you receive the items. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipts if the items meet the following conditions. We’ll get back you in 48 hours after receiving your email.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- You have 30 days to checked if the items have quality defect. Please contact our customer service by email in 30 days since you receive the items.
- You need to send us the photos of items, so that our customer service team can have an assessment and provide further support.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that’s worn, washed or altered.
- We accept the returns only under the conditions that the product has major quality defect, or items do not fit well.
- Items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on the original packing.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. You will need to return the item to our warehouse in China with tracking number.
- We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without contacting us before.
Shipping fee
- If the items have quality defect, or our company send wrong items, shipping fee will be refunded.
- If customer just dislikes the item and needs to return the product with personal issues. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
- If customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will partially refund the original product price, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any returned item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to return items
- Please contact our customer service by email in 30 days since you receive the items.
- Send us your order number/order email address, the photos of items and the reason you need to return. Then our customer service team can confirm your order info, have an assessment and provide further support.
- After receiving the return address from us, please pack the items in original packing and sent it back. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, then send us the tracking number to guarantee that we can receive your returned item.
- After we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal or original method of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Usually PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10-30 business days to process.
What if I receive wrong items/wrong size?
- Please contact our customer service by email in 30 days since you receive the items.
- Send us your order number/order email address, the photos of items, and descriptions of problem.
- Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. If we confirm wrong items are sent, we can provide immediate refund and you don’t need to return the item.
What if I receive defective items?

What if I no longer want the items?
Items must be unused.

- Send us your order number/order email address, the photos of items. Then we can we will confirm the order info.
- If you decide to return the items, we’ll send you the return address. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to return. After we receive the items, we’ll refund the original product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If you decide NOT to send it back. We will partially refund the original product price, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
When can I get refunds?
PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10-30 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We can’t control the processing speed of your card bank. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding.
Return for Exchanges
Please contact us by email in 30 days since you receive the items. We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of receipts if the items meet the Return & Refund Conditions above. After we receive the returned items, we will arrange shipment for exchange.
*Note: If the items have quality defect, the shipping fee will be refunded. If the items do not have quality defect, shipping fee is non-refundable.
*Note: Since items need toe be sent back, please understand that exchange will need more days than processing a new order.
